i take it back!

i am in a small internet cafe in merida venezuela and i am officially in love with this trip and these people and this country and everyone i have gotten to know better here. this is it, this is what i imagined. this is breathtaking and wonderful and freeing and all those things only semester at sea can give you. this first port has been magical in so many ways. from the maria lionza voodoo mountain to canyoning through the andes river today and paragliding tomorrow...from the bus ride of a lifetime through the most beautiful country ever....from the food to the DRINKS....this is amazing. i am sooo happy now so no worries to all the people i scared the other day. land and this first port made me get over those first week nerves and sickness. off to eat some authentic food and enjoy my first full day here in merida. i love all of you for emailing me! miss all of you and more than ever, want you here with me. if you could just imagine, and then times that by ten...then you would start to get where i am in happiness level now. ciao as they say here.
